Admin Assistant Customer Service

at Sage in Vancouver

You will be working in Customer Service Dept:


- Accurate Data entry and detailed work


- Handle outgoing calls to our established customers


- Good written and spoken communication


- Manage customer service contact database


- Send quotes technical data, update files, Order confirmation


- Purchase Order confirmation, order entry and shipping


 


Positive attitude, well presented with Great people skills


Punctual & reliableWell organized and self-starterPost-secondary education will be an asset but not required


Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel


 


This is a full time position. We will provide training where necessary.


Please note the position is in NORTH VANCOUVER
